BlackRock Asset Management Canada Limited ("BlackRock Canada"), an indirect, wholly-owned subsidiary of BlackRock, Inc. (NYSE:BLK), today announced the August 2014 cash distributions for the iShares Funds listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange which pay on a monthly basis. Unitholders of record of a fund on August 26, 2014 will receive cash distributions payable in respect of that fund on August 29, 2014.
