(the Company) (TSX VENTURE:NFK) is pleased to announce that it has received approval from the TSX Venture Exchange to extend the expiry date of an aggregate of 27,777,778 common share purchase warrants originally issued on June 15, 2012 (the Warrants). The expiry date of the Warrants has been extended from August 31, 2014 to December 31, 2014. For further information on the original issuance of the Warrants, please refer to the press releases of the Company dated June 15, 2012, May 10, 2013, November 28, 2013 and May 21, 2014 filed on SEDAR.
Warrantholders are advised that replacement Warrant certificates will not be issued and that the original Warrant certificates must be presented to the Company in order to effect the exercise or transfer of such Warrants.
