MONTREAL, Aug. 19, 2014 /CNW Telbec/ - Today, National Bank Investments
Inc., manager of the Meritage Portfolios®, announced a change in the risk ratings of the Meritage Equity

Portfolio. The change will be reflected in the Meritage Portfolios'® updated simplified prospectus, which will be filed with Canadian
securities regulators on or about August 28, 2014.
National Bank Investments Inc. applies a risk rating policy based upon
the guidelines established by the Investment Funds Institute of Canada
