Hertz Celebrates 25,000th Dream Cars® Rental At Miami International Airport

Unsuspecting Hertz Customers Surprised with Luxury Experience and Complimentary Dream Car Upgrades

MIAMI and NAPLES, Fla., Sept. 3, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Hertz (NYSE: HTZ) today celebrated a milestone: the 25,000th rental of a Dream Car since the luxury collection of vehicles including Aston Martins, Ferraris, Bentleys and Lamborghinis was introduced in 2012.  To commemorate this occasion, Hertz surprised five unsuspecting customers picking up their car rentals with a complimentary upgrade to a Dream Car of their choice.  As part of the celebration, Mark Frissora, Hertz Chairman and CEO, awarded the 25,000th Dream Car renter with a surprise Dream Package which included:

  • Overnight stay in Miami at the Winter Haven Hotel, part of Marriott International's Autograph Collection
  • Dinner for two at Lure Fishbar South Beach, one of the area's hottest restaurants
