California Gold Announces Resignation of Director
Toronto, Ontario (FSCwire) - California Gold Mining Inc. (“California Gold” or the “Company”; TSXV – CGM; OTCQX – CFGMF) announces that David Birkenshaw has submitted his resignation as a director of the Company effective immediately saying, “Unfortunately, other business matters have created demands on my time such that I don’t feel I can devote the proper time required to continue to be a Director of the Company.” Patrick Cronin, Chairman commented on Mr. Birkenshaw’s service saying, “On behalf of the Board of Directors and management we would like to thank David for his diligent service and efforts on behalf of California Gold and to wish him success in his future endeavours.”
