(Superior) (TSX:SPB) is announcing that Paul Timmons, President of Superior's Specialty Chemicals business will retire effective December 31, 2014. Mr. Timmons has been with the Specialty Chemicals business or its predecessor organization, ERCO Worldwide (ERCO), for over 30 years and was appointed President in 2001. As part of the Board of Directors ongoing succession planning, Ed Bechberger, currently the Senior Vice-President of Operations of the Specialty Chemicals business will assume the role of President upon Mr. Timmons retirement. Mr. Bechberger has been with the Specialty Chemicals business or its predecessor organization, ERCO Worldwide, for over 30 years.
