Farmer joins the company from Oklahoma City-based Access Midstream where she most recently served as vice president of corporate services and chief information officer.

“I’m pleased to announce Deanna’s addition to our senior leadership team,” said Lynn Bourdon, Enable Midstream’s president and CEO. “Deanna’s addition broadens and strengthens our leadership team by bringing strategic, industry and functional experience across a broad spectrum of corporate services. We are excited about her becoming a part of Enable Midstream Partners.”

Prior to joining Enable Midstream, Farmer served in a variety of roles with increasing responsibility at Access and its former parent Chesapeake Energy. Before joining Chesapeake in 2005, she served in a broad range of leadership positions focused on information technology, regulatory, finance and accounting within the energy sector.

Farmer holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from West Virginia State University.

She replaces Steve Merrill, who recently accepted the role of chief financial officer at OGE Energy Corp., which holds a 50 percent general partner interest in Enable Midstream.

Enable Midstream owns, operates and develops strategically located natural gas and crude oil infrastructure assets. The company’s assets include approximately 11,000 miles of gathering pipelines, 12 major processing plants with approximately 2.1 billion cubic feet per day of processing capacity, approximately 7,900 miles of interstate pipelines (including Southeast Supply Header, LLC of which Enable Midstream owns 49.90 percent), approximately 2,300 miles of intrastate pipelines and eight storage facilities comprising 86.5 billion cubic feet of storage capacity.
