VANCOUVER, Sept. 25, 2014 /CNW/ - Search Minerals Inc. ("Search" or the "Company") (TSXV: SMY) announced today that it is reviewing certain invoices it
has only recently been provided relating to services alleged to have
been previously provided to Search as far back as at least May 2014.
Search's existing management was not aware of these alleged expenses,
which would have been incurred under previous management. While Search
is currently unable to definitively quantify the total amount of such
expenses properly incurred, it does not anticipate that they will be
prohibitive to its future business plans.
