PrairieSky Royalty Announces Change to the Board of Directors

CALGARY, Sept. 30, 2014 /CNW/ - PrairieSky Royalty Ltd. ("PrairieSky") (TSX:PSK) announces that Sherri Brillon has resigned from PrairieSky's Board of Directors effective today's date. Ms. Brillon was a nominee to the PrairieSky Board of Directors under the Governance Agreement with Encana Corporation ("Encana"), which terminated upon closing of the previously announced secondary offering by Encana of its remaining share position in PrairieSky.

The Board of Directors wishes to thank Ms. Brillon for her contributions to PrairieSky.
