BOSTON, Oct. 6, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- At a meeting held today, the Boards of Trustees of Eaton Vance Limited Duration Income Fund (NYSE MKT: EVV) and Eaton Vance National Municipal Opportunities Trust (NYSE: EOT) (the "Funds"), each a closed-end investment company, voted to hold the Annual Meeting of Shareholders of each Fund concurrently on Thursday, January 22, 2015 at 11:30 a.m. (EST). The meetings will be held at the principal office of the Funds, Two International Place, Boston, Massachusetts 02110. Proxy materials will be mailed on or about November 26, 2014 to shareholders of record on November 10, 2014. Shareholders of each Fund will be asked to vote on the election of Class III Trustees of the Fund.
