Corporation's common stock. The dividend is payable on December 15, 2014 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on December 1, 2014.
The Board also declared a quarterly cash dividend on F.N.B. Corporation's Non-Cumulative Perpetual Preferred Stock, Series E (NYSE: FNB PR E) of $18.13 per share (equivalent to $0.45325 per depositary share or 1/40th interest per share). The dividend is payable on November 17, 2014 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on October 31, 2014.
