About Sinfonía Healthcare and Sinfonía Family Services: Sinfonía HealthCare was launched in January 2013 by pioneering healthcare executives Fletcher McCusker and Michael Deitch, the CEO, CFO team and founders of Providence Service Corporation, which grew from $2 million in 1997 revenue in Tucson to over a billion dollars of annual revenue in 350 locations in 2012. Sinfonía presented the team the opportunity to build a new approach to community based medical care and the company quickly established a full continuum of health services including: hospice, home health, companion care, primary care, wellness and medication therapy management . The company currently provides services to over 7,500,000 covered patient lives. After July of 2014 (the termination of the non-compete period with Providence) Sinfonía launched a behavioral health division designed to integrate mental health, pharmacy and primary care. As a result the behavioral health division has business opportunities in Virginia, Arizona, Louisiana and Maine in less than three months. The company recently announced plans to expand into Phoenix and Florida.
