The roster of public companies, whose senior management teams will be
making investor presentations at this year’s Midwest Investment
Conference 2014 (MWIC14), has increased to 25. The Wall Street style
investment conference takes place at the Cleveland Convention Center in
downtown Cleveland, Ohio and is hosted by CFA Society Cleveland,
a non-profit professional organization dedicated to providing
investment-related programs and services to area investment experts.
Committee members also announced the $199 attendance fee will be waived
for CFA Institute members who register by Nov. 7. The attendance fee
covers access to all general presentation sessions, complimentary valet
parking, breakfast, lunch, snacks and the opportunity to request
breakout meetings with participating management teams during the Nov. 18
event.
General sessions are organized into industry-specific tracks and are
conducted concurrently in separate auditoriums. Pre-arranged breakout
meetings take place in private salons throughout the venue.
Midwest Investment Conference 2014 provides an opportunity for public
issuers to engage with institutional investors. The conference platform
is also a forum to introduce their value creation strategies to
