Regency Energy Partners LP (NYSE:
RGP), (“Regency” or the “Partnership”), announced today a $0.0125
increase in its cash distribution to $0.5025 per outstanding common unit
for the third quarter ended September 30, 2014. This represents a 7
percent increase over Regency’s third quarter 2013 cash distribution.
The third quarter distribution is equivalent to $2.01 per outstanding
common unit on an annual basis.
The distribution will be paid on November 14, 2014, to unitholders of
record at the close of business on November 7, 2014.
Under the terms of the Series A Preferred Units, a quarterly cash
distribution of $0.445 per unit for the third quarter ended September
30, 2014, will be paid on the same schedule as set forth above.
Regency expects to release its third quarter 2014 earnings results
Wednesday, November 5, 2014, after the market closes, and will hold a
conference call Thursday, November 6, 2014, at 10 a.m. Central Time (11
a.m. Eastern Time) to discuss these results.
