IRVING, Texas, Oct. 30, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Global Power Equipment Group Inc. (NYSE:GLPW) ("Global Power") announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.09 per common share.
The dividend will be payable on or about December 26, 2014 to stockholders of record at the close of business on December 12, 2014. Global Power has approximately 17.1 million shares of its common stock outstanding.
