CACI

Contract Positions Company for New Business Across All Market Areas

CACI International Inc (NYSE:CACI) announced today that it has been awarded one of several prime contracts by the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) to provide government-wide, professional services in Pools 3 and 4 under the One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services (OASIS) indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity program. The contract was awarded during CACI's fourth quarter of its fiscal year 2014, ending June 30, 2014. This award, which has a five-year base period plus one five-year option period, represents new business for CACI and positions the company to expand work across all its market areas.

OASIS provides a contract vehicle for all federal agencies to access flexible and innovative solutions for complex professional services in seven separate pools. As an awardee in Pools 3 and 4, CACI will compete for engineering and scientific work.

CACI has a longstanding and successful partnership history with GSA as well as the bench strength to meet a wide range of task order requirements across the OASIS mission areas. Additionally, the company has a dedicated GSA Program Management Office that has been in place for more than 15 years, providing proven processes to administer every type of GSA task order, whether simple or complex.

John Mengucci, CACI’s Chief Operating Officer and President of U.S. Operations, said, “CACI has an excellent record of supporting our customers through General Services Administration contracts. Our proven methodology for task order execution, combined with our innovative solutions and dedicated customer service, enables us to provide high-quality, low-risk support to all GSA customer agencies under the OASIS contract vehicle.”

According to CACI President and Chief Executive Officer Ken Asbury, “This GSA OASIS contract award is a demonstration of CACI’s credentials as a leading provider of services and solutions capable of addressing the complex scientific and engineering challenges faced by the federal government. In addition to strengthening our business across many of our market areas, this opportunity will enable us to expand our customer base while continuing to provide innovative solutions to the government’s most complex challenges.”

CACI provides information solutions and services in support of national security missions and government transformation for Intelligence, Defense, and Federal Civilian customers. A Fortune magazine World’s Most Admired Company in the IT Services industry, CACI is a member of the Fortune 1000 Largest Companies, the Russell 2000 Index, and the S&P SmallCap 600 Index.
