CACI International Inc (NYSE:CACI)
announced today that it has been awarded one of several prime contracts
by the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) to provide
government-wide, professional services in Pools 3 and 4 under the One
Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services (OASIS) indefinite
delivery/indefinite quantity program. The contract was awarded during
CACI's fourth quarter of its fiscal year 2014, ending June 30, 2014.
This award, which has a five-year base period plus one five-year option
period, represents new business for CACI and positions the company to
expand work across all its market areas.
OASIS provides a contract vehicle for all federal agencies to access
flexible and innovative solutions for complex professional services in
seven separate pools. As an awardee in Pools 3 and 4, CACI will compete
for engineering and scientific work.
CACI has a longstanding and successful partnership history with GSA as
well as the bench strength to meet a wide range of task order
requirements across the OASIS mission areas. Additionally, the company
has a dedicated GSA Program Management Office that has been in place for
more than 15 years, providing proven processes to administer every type
of GSA task order, whether simple or complex.
