Digital Realty Declares Quarterly Dividends For Common And Preferred Stock

SAN FRANCISCO, Nov. 4, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Digital Realty Trust, Inc. (NYSE: DLR), a leading global provider of data center and colocation solutions, announced today that its board of directors has authorized quarterly cash dividends for the company's common and preferred stock for the fourth quarter of 2014. 

Common Stock  
The company's board of directors authorized a quarterly cash dividend of $0.83 per share to common stockholders of record as of the close of business on December 15, 2014.  The dividend on the common stock will be paid on January 15, 2015. 

Series E Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock  
The company's board of directors authorized a cash dividend of $0.43750 per share to holders of record of the company's 7.000% Series E Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock as of the close of business on December 15, 2014. The dividend on the Series E Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock will be paid on December 31, 2014.

Series F Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock
The company's board of directors authorized a cash dividend of $0.414063 per share to holders of record of the company's 6.625% Series F Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock as of the close of business on December 15, 2014. The dividend on the Series F Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock will be paid on December 31, 2014.

Series G Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock
The company's board of directors authorized a cash dividend of $0.367188 per share to holders of record of the company's 5.875% Series G Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock as of the close of business on December 15, 2014. The dividend on the Series G Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock will be paid on December 31, 2014.

Series H Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock
The company's board of directors authorized a cash dividend of $0.460938 per share to holders of record of the company's 7.375% Series H Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock as of the close of business on December 15, 2014. The dividend on the Series H Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock will be paid on December 31, 2014.
