Power National Pharmacy Study, Mail-Order segment. As the exclusive contractor for the CMOP's mission critical services to Veterans, DLH's teams of pharmacists, pharmacy technicians and medical logisticians provide support services at every VA CMOP facility located in seven strategic locations throughout the United States. DLH teams also provide services for packaging, handling and storage of prescription medicines. The J.D. Power study is conducted annually and measures satisfaction among consumers who filled a mail-order prescription within the past 90 days. Ten commercial pharmacy organizations were also included in the study.
