CINCINNATI, Nov. 21, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Rich Boehne, chairman, president and chief executive officer of The E.W. Scripps Company (NYSE: SSP), and Tim Wesolowski, senior vice president and chief financial officer, will discuss the company's business strategies at the UBS 42nd Annual Global Media & Communications Conference on Wednesday, Dec. 10 in New York City.
Also attending will be Brian Lawlor, senior vice president of the Scripps TV division, and Tim Stautberg, senior vice president of the Scripps Newspaper division, who is expected to become CEO of Journal Media Group. Scripps and Journal Communications announced in July that they would merge their broadcast operations into Scripps and spin off their newspapers to create Journal Media Group, a new public company.
