that it will hold an investor meeting in New York, NY on Monday,
December 1, 2014 to review 2015 financial guidance and the outlook for

Lieberherr, President and Co-Chief Executive Officer, and Tom McCaffrey,

meeting. In addition, Joe Lower, who will become Chief Financial Officer
of B/E Aerospace on the effective date of the distribution, and Mike
Senft, who is Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of KLX, will also be
