(TSX VENTURE:TNG) has entered into a strategic partnership with a global developer and publisher of premium online games, to bring award-winning massively multiplayer online role-playing games (MMORPG) to additional platforms, including Mac.
This partnership expands on TransGaming's publishing initiatives with the company co-publishing MMO titles - beginning with this multi-award-winning game, ranked among the Top 10 MMORP games in the world. Expected to launch calendar Q1, 2015, TransGaming will help manage the consumer acquisition process, marketing, and support for Mac users. The agreement has been structured based on upfront licensing fees with ongoing revenue share, which provides TransGaming with the ability to scale its revenues based on overall user growth.
