TORONTO, ON--(Marketwired - December 08, 2014) - Symbility Solutions Inc.® (TSX VENTURE: SY), provider of cloud-based and smartphone/tablet-enabled claims technology using the most comprehensive data for the property and casualty insurance industry, is pleased to announce a signed Master Services Agreement with a leading international insurance organization for Symbility's complete set of cloud-based products and services across their global locations.
"It gives us great pleasure to announce our contract with a major brand in the global insurance arena," commented James Swayze, CEO, Symbility Solutions. "We have been dedicated to expanding our international footprint and capabilities over the past two years to serve the needs of multinational organizations. We now have five hosting facilities globally with two more planned in the first quarter of 2015, which will give us coverage on five continents. Our products offer over a dozen language selections which can be changed on the fly to accommodate the user, as well as having every applicable currency in the regions we operate since our technology is built using a single code base. Our platform will not only enable our new customer to view their global claims performance through a consistent lens but they will also have the agility and configurability to expand into new regions making us a true worldwide partner and supplier to assist our customer's growth."
The agreement includes all of Symbility's cloud-based technology portfolio, including Claims Connect®, Mobile Claims®, Desk Adjuster™, and Video Connect™, to enhance and improve their claim management and settlement processes. Symbility Claims Connect is a collaborative property and casualty claims workflow management solution and, Symbility Mobile Claims, is the most intuitive smartphone and tablet-enabled field estimating application currently available within the industry. The carrier also plans to use Symbility Desk Adjuster, a new powerful web- based tool designed to handle new loss and estimating capabilities for inside staff adjusters and Symbility Video Connect™, a live video collaboration tool that can help inside adjusters view and visually document property damage from their desk without having to do a site visit, improving overall customer service with faster and more accurate claim settlement resulting in increased policyholder satisfaction and service differentiation.
