Matica Signs Deal to Market and Distribute Chlorine Dioxide Tablets to Medical Marijuana Industry

C.WIB

Toronto, Ontario--(Newsfile Corp. - December 9, 2014) - Matica Enterprises Inc. (CSE: MMJ) ("Matica" or the "Company") is pleased to announce it will be moving forward with the marketing and distribution of Chlorine Dioxide tablets with Bellerosa Distributing Ltd. ("Bellerosa"). The Company has now signed a definitive agreement with Bellerosa to exclusively market Chlorine Dioxide tablets. Matica will distribute and market cutting edge Chlorine Dioxide tablets in the medical marijuana industry for the elimination of mold, biofilm, and pests in controlled growing facilities; eliminating the need for harmful pesticides that are restricted by Health Canada.

Matica has modified the terms initially outlined in the letter of intent (the "LOI") announced on July 15, 2014. Under the newly agreed terms and conditions Matica will acquire 60% of the Joint Venture by issuing 4,000,000 shares of Matica stock to Bellerosa.

Matica Enterprises CEO, Boris Ziger states, "Our Chlorine Dioxide tablets could be a game changer for the medical marijuana growers. Mold and pests are a serious problem for MMPR growers, one which we aim to solve with a Matica sanitation program."

About Matica Enterprises Inc.

Matica is exploring opportunities in the medical marijuana and industrial hemp industries and has an agreement to earn a fifty percent interest in THC Dispensaries, Inc ("THCD"), a Nova Scotia applicant under the Marijuana for Medical Purposes Regulation ("MMPR").

THCD plans to launch its operation with a 6,000 square foot facility in Antigonish, Nova Scotia. An additional 10,000 square footage can be added to maximize the production allowance in this facility to the allotted volume of 806,250 grams per year.
