Clough Global Opportunities Fund Increases Its Monthly Distribution 5.26% to $0.100 Per Share

The Board of Trustees for the Clough Global Opportunities Fund (NYSE MKT: GLO) has approved an increase in its monthly cash distribution, to a rate of $0.100 per common share. This represents an increase in the annualized distribution rate of $0.06 per share, 5.26%. Based on the Fund’s current share price of $12.09 and net asset value per share of $14.03 (as of close on December 10, 2014), the new distributions represent an annualized distribution rate of 9.93% and 8.55%, respectively. The Fund has approximately $1.4 billion in total assets.

A portion of the distribution may be treated as paid from sources other than net income, including but not limited to short-term capital gain, long-term capital gain and return of capital. The final determination of the source of all distributions in 2015, including the percentage of qualified dividend income, will be made after year-end.
