ORANGE's Taylor Schilling and NURSE JACKIE's Edie Falco scored nominations for lead actress in the comedy series category and ORANGE's Uzo Aduba received a Golden Globe® nod for supporting actress in the series, miniseries or motion picture made for television category.

THE HUNGER GAMES:  MOCKINGJAY -- PART 1 received a nomination for Best Original Song, Motion Picture for "Yellow Flicker Beat" (Lorde).

This latest nomination for two-time Golden Globe® winner Edie Falco marks her fourth NURSE JACKIE nod for Best Performance by an Actress in a Television Series, Comedy or Musical, and her 11th Golden Globe® nomination overall.  Taylor Schilling's nomination for ORANGE IS THE NEW BLACK is her second for this role.

"We thank the Hollywood Foreign Press for this tremendous recognition of Orange is the New Black and the incomparable Edie Falco," said Kevin Beggs, Chairman, Lionsgate Television Group.  "Orange has become another landmark series for Lionsgate thanks to the brilliance and daring of Jenji Kohan and the richness and diversity its cast.  We congratulate all of the extraordinary artists on both sides of the camera for their remarkable work."

ORANGE IS THE NEW BLACK, which is set to launch its third season in 2015, is the most-watched original series on Netflix in all of its territories around the world. The critically acclaimed series has rapidly become a global pop culture phenomenon, with breakout star Laverne Cox featured on the cover of the June 9, 2014 issue of Time and the series landing at #2 on Facebook's list of the Most Talked-About Shows on TV in the U.S. this year.  The series was nominated for 12 Emmys in 2014 – the most of any comedy series – and won three Emmy Awards. Its numerous additional honors include a Peabody Award, a People's Choice Award, a GLAAD Media Award and three Critics' Choice TV Awards. This month, the series added two Writers Guild nominations to its four previous nods, and scored two SAG nominations, a Producers Guild nomination and six NAACP nominations, and was named a second time to AFI's annual list of the top 10 TV programs of the year.

The heartbreaking and hilarious series stars Taylor Schilling as Brooklynite Piper Chapman whose decade-old relationship with a drug runner results in her arrest and 15-month detention in a federal penitentiary. To pay her debt to society, Piper must trade her comfortable New York life for an orange prison jumpsuit and finds unexpected conflict and camaraderie amidst an eccentric and outspoken group of inmates.  The series' diverse ensemble also includes Uzo Aduba, Jason Biggs, Danielle Brooks, Laverne Cox, Michael J. Harney, Natasha Lyonne, Selenis Leyva, Taryn Manning, Adrienne C. Moore, Kate Mulgrew, Dascha Polanco, Laura Prepon, Nick Sandow, Yael Stone, Lorraine Toussaint and Samira Wiley. Orange is the New Black is executive produced by Jenji Kohan and produced by Lionsgate.

NURSE JACKIE, which will launch its seventh season in 2015, stars Edie Falco as a strong-willed, fiercely loyal, deeply dedicated but very flawed emergency nurse working in a New York City hospital. Between chronic back pain and a personal life constantly on the edge of collapse, she struggles to relieve the pain and stay one step ahead of total disaster. Falco has earned numerous honors for this role, including an Emmy® Award for Lead Actress in a Comedy Series, an additional four Emmy® nods in this category, and six SAG Award nominations, making her the most nominated TV performer in SAG Awards history with a total of 21 nominations.  Merritt Wever was also recognized for her work on the show with her first Supporting Actress Emmy® for a comedy in 2013.  Paul Schulze, Dominic Fumusa, Anna Deavere Smith, Peter Facinelli, Ruby Jerins, Stephen Wallem and Mackenzie Aladjem also star. Co-produced by Lionsgate and Showtime Networks, the series was created by Evan Dunsky, Liz Brixius & Linda Wallem and is executive produced by Clyde Phillips, Tom Straw, Richie Jackson, Liz Flahive and Caryn Mandabach.
