SAO PAULO, Dec. 19, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Companhia de Saneamento Basico do Estado de Sao Paulo - SABESP (BM&FBovespa: SBSP3; NYSE: SBS), pursuant to CVM Instruction 358 of January 3, 2002, and amendments thereto, hereby informs its shareholders and the market in general that the Sao Paulo State Energy and Sanitation Regulatory Agency ("ARSESP") has published Resolution 536/2014, which decides:
Article 1 – To authorize Sabesp to extend the validity of the Water Consumption Reduction Incentive Program until the end of 2015, or until reservoir levels are normalized, whichever occurs first.
Article 2 – The extension applies to all municipalities that currently receive tariff bonus, due to the Program mentioned above.
Article 3 – This Resolution is effective as of the date of its publication.
