The report supports the disclosure made by the Company in its news release of 3 December 2014 entitled "Mawson West Kapulo Mineral Reserves Update", which included updated estimates of Mineral Reserves for the Company's Kapulo Copper Project.
The report, entitled "Kapulo Copper Project, DRC, Feasibility Study Update", which has an effective date of 30 November 2014, was prepared by the Company and authored by Gary Brabham, MSc, FAusIMM, MAIG and John Winterbottom, BSc, MAIG both of Mawson West, Jonathon Abbott, BASc Appl.
