Levi & Korsinsky announces that a class action lawsuit has been
commenced in the United States District Court for the Southern District
of New York on behalf of investors who purchased MOL Global, Inc. (“MOL

The complaint alleges that MOL Global violated the Securities Act of
1933 by failing to disclose certain facts in its Registration Statement
related to its October 9, 2014 Initial Public Offering.
On November 1, 2014, MOL Global announced that the Company had
rescheduled the release of its third quarter 2014 financial results.
Then on December 1, 2014, the Company announced it would restate its
financial statements for the three month periods ended March 31, 2014
and June 30, 2014, and the six month period ended June 30, 2014, due to
incorrect reporting of its payment business by Vietnamese subsidiary
Nganluong Joint Stock Company.
If you suffered a loss in MOL Global you have until January 23, 2015 to
request that the Court appoint you as lead plaintiff. Your ability to
share in any recovery doesn’t require that you serve as a lead
