(TSX VENTURE:LVL) reports that it has restated and re-filed with applicable Canadian securities regulators its audited consolidated financial statements and related management's discussion and analysis for the year ended June 30, 2014. Subsequent to the issuance of the consolidated financial statements for that period, management identified an error with regards to the tax bases used in the calculation of its deferred income tax expense for the years ended June 30, 2014 and June 30, 2013. The correction of the error results in a decrease in deferred tax expense in the year ended June 30, 2014 of $1,673,866 and a corresponding increase in the deferred tax expense in the year ended June 30, 2013. The deferred tax liabilities at June 30, 2013 increased by $1,673,866 to $4,541,893. There was no change to the consolidated statement of financial position at June 30, 2014, and there is no impact on cash flows for the years presented.
