pleased to announce that Groupe hospitalier Paris Saint-Joseph (St.
Joseph) has selected Medworxx as their Patient Flow software provider.
Located in the South of Paris, France, St. Joseph will implement the
Medworxx Clinical Criteria module for 410 Medicine/ Surgery patient beds.
The hospital’s decision to implement the Medworxx solution for
operational use comes as a result of conducting an Appropriate Length of
Stay Audit (ALSA) with Medworxx Clinical Consultants in 2014. The goal
of the ALSA was to analyze current patient flow metrics and review
recommendations to improve patient flow. “After successfully testing the
Medworxx solution, via the ALSA, and reviewing operational results from
the UK and Canada, we see that the solution is highly effective in
helping organizations to monitor, plan and implement process
improvements. We believe it will be valuable at St. Joseph but also
believe the solution is needed in the French Market at large,
particularly in this challenging financial situation,” said Jean-Patrick
