American Leisure Holdings Completes Acquisition of Profitable Petroleum Distribution Center

SILVER SPRINGS, NV--(Marketwired - Jan 20, 2015) - American Leisure Holdings, Inc. (OTC PINK: AMLH) announced today that its wholly owned subsidiary, Wroblewski Oil and Gas Company ("WOGC"), has completed the acquisition of a petroleum distribution center and convenience store located in the highly traveled area of Butler County, Pennsylvania. The acquisition is expected to increase gross sales for WOGC by $2.5 - $3.0 million dollars to approximately $10.5 million dollars annually.

The petroleum center distributes the nationally recognized Sunoco brand devoted to providing its distributors with top-notch product and marketing resources. The purchase agreement includes all inventories of petroleum and consumable products including food, cigarettes and convenience store products.

We have successfully completed our first acquisition which is expected to provide WOGC with an additional $2.5 - $3.0 million dollars in gross revenue and continued profitability.
