Tyler Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: TYL) has signed an agreement with
Gwinnett County, Georgia, for Tyler’s CLT
Appraisal ServicesTM to conduct the county’s annual
assessment work on commercial and industrial properties.
Gwinnett County selected Tyler’s CLT Appraisal Services after a
competitive request for proposal process. The county has a history of
working with Tyler and selected them because of past successful
partnerships, as well as CLT Appraisal Services’ competitive pricing.
