For 10th Straight Year, Cartus' Supply Chain Management Receives ISO 9001 Certification

DANBURY, Conn., Feb. 2, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Continuing its laser focus on ethics, compliance, and providing the highest levels of global relocation services, Cartus Corporation's Supply Chain Management has once again received its annual ISO 9001 accreditation in all three regions: the Americas, Asia-Pacific and EMEA.

Cartus has held ISO 9001 certification since 2005 in the UK and since 2006 in the U.S., and was certified in APAC in 2010.

ISO 9001 is an international business standard containing criteria for the documentation, implementation, and certification of a high-quality management system. Accreditation is exacting, and auditing occurs annually. Cartus' certification covers all of the processes and practices employed in the management of its global network of destination services providers.

The global audit includes two phases: first, Cartus provides its detailed Quality Manual and Procedures Guide for examination. Then, an onsite audit by inspectors occurs at each of the company's Danbury, Conn., Singapore, and Swindon, UK service centers.
