announced today that a general merchandise vendor of cell phone
accessories has chosen Park City Group to help manage their inventory in
thousands of retail locations nation-wide. New to direct store delivery
(DSD), the vendor will leverage two of Park City Group’s supply chain
solutions, its proprietary algorithm based Automated Ordering System and
Scan Based Trading (SBT). This combination of solutions provides the
vendor and retailer with a re-ordering system triggered by consumer
demand that keeps in-store displays appropriately stocked and backroom
inventories to a minimum.
Challenged to launch their new program in just 90 days, the cell phone
accessories vendor partnered closely with Park City Group’s Professional
Services Team. As a result, the vendor’s store displays were set well
ahead of their aggressive schedule. Pleased with the overall ease of
implementation and greater than expected sales results, the vendor sees
