SALT LAKE CITY, Feb. 10, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Today, at its sixth annual user conference, Xactware announced the Xactware Remote Sensing Lab, a collaborative industry group dedicated to developing remote sensing technologies specifically for the property industry. Professionals involved in all phases of the property industry will have the opportunity to collaborate on technology as it is developed and deployed. The lab will focus on specific property industry applications, including underwriting, claims handling, catastrophe response, independent adjusting, personal property, structural contracting, and specialty services. Participants in the lab include experts in remote sensing, computer vision, geospatial intelligence and analysis, computer science, engineering, and geology.
