Ready™ Executive Development Program in San Francisco (March 25-26),
New York (June 16-17), and Chicago (September 29-30) this year. Senior
HR executives, business unit leaders, and corporate development,

Now in its 12th year, Mercer’s globally acclaimed M&A Ready Program
addresses the latest developments, trends and best practices to realize

The intense, interactive two-day workshop focuses on the end to end
process around how organizations execute a transaction. M&A strategy,
due diligence, and implementation are examined from the integration
perspective to better understand the financial, operational, and
strategic impact of people issues.
