Bay Street Hoops Charity Opens the Market

TORONTO, Feb. 12, 2015 /CNW/ - Taje Mohabir, Chair, Bay Street Hoops joined Suzanne Peters, Director, Business Communications & Strategic Programs, TMX Group to open the market to celebrate the 21st annual Bay Street Hoops basketball tournament. Bay Street Hoops is a not-for-profit organization working to raise funds on behalf of Special Olympics Ontario, KidSport Ontario and the Bay Street Hoops Youth Initiative. Participants from accounting, law and financial services firms and other corporations will come together March 26 to 28 at the University of Toronto Athletic Center, with the goal of making sports more accessible to children and youth in Toronto. Since 1995, Bay Street Hoops has raised over 2.4 million for children and youth charities.
