SIOUX FALLS, S.D., Feb. 23, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Meta Financial Group, Inc. ® (the "Company") (NASDAQ: CASH) announced that the Company will pay a cash dividend of $0.13 per share for the second fiscal quarter of 2015.  This dividend will be payable on or about April 1, 2015 to shareholders of record as of March 9, 2015.

At December 31, 2014, the Company had total assets of $2.1 billion and shareholders' equity of $183.7 million.
