recalling President's Choice® Blue Menu® Bran Flakes 775g with the UPC code "0 60383 74782 4" and best before dates 2015 AU 26
through 2016 JA 07 (see attached photo) due to a risk that they may contain plastic pieces.
The product was sold at the following stores:
Ontario: Extra Foods®, Fortinos®, Freshmart®, Loblaws®, No Frills®, Real
Canadian Superstore®, Real Canadian Wholesale Club®, Valu-Mart®, Your
Independent Grocer®, Zehrs® and affiliated independent stores
Atlantic: Atlantic Superstore®, Dominion®, Freshmart®, No Frills®, Real Canadian
Wholesale Club® and Save Easy®
Québec: Club Entrepôt®, Freshmart®, Loblaws®, Maxi®, Maxi & Cie®, Presto®,
Provigo® and Provigo le Marché®, Valu-Mart® and affiliated independent
stores
West: Extra Foods®, No Frills®, Real Canadian Superstore®, Real Canadian
Wholesale Club®, Shop Easy®, SuperValu®, Your Independent Grocer® and
affiliated independent stores
Loblaw Companies Limited has received no reports of injury and all units
with the aforementioned best before dates have been removed from store
shelves across the country.
Customers can return the product to the place of purchase and the
customer service desk will provide a full refund, with or without a
receipt.
