MIDDLETOWN, R.I., March 5, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- KVH Industries, Inc., (Nasdaq: KVHI) has rescheduled the announcement of its financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ended December 31, 2014, to March 16, 2015. In conjunction with the release, the company will conduct its investor conference call at 4:30 p.m. ET, hosted by Mr. Martin Kits van Heyningen, chief executive officer, and Mr. Peter Rendall, chief financial officer.
"We underestimated the amount of work that was required to convert the historical financial statements of Videotel, which was previously a private UK company, in accordance with US GAAP accounting at year-end. That work is now complete; however, this effort has resulted in a delay of approximately one week in completing the annual year-end preparation of our consolidated financial statements," said Peter Rendall, KVH's chief financial officer.
