CALGARY, March 9, 2015 /CNW/ - FortisAlberta Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Fortis Inc. (TSX: FTS), has received a decision from the Alberta Utilities Commission (AUC) on its 2013-2015 Capital Tracker Application.
The Capital Tracker Application considered FortisAlberta's request for revenue associated with certain of its capital expenditures for 2013, 2014 and 2015 applied for under the Performance Based Regulation framework established by the AUC. FortisAlberta is further assessing the decision and will incorporate the findings of the decision in a compliance filing due April 14, 2015.
