Mr. Colon will be directly involved in the transfer of omega technology obtained under the agreement between the Company and Full Spectrum Laboratories Limited (FSL). Furthermore, Mr. Colon will be key in the implementation of strategies as the Company continues to progress with its plans to commercialize HempOmega(TM) through its strategic partnership with Nature's Health Products Canada Corp. ("NHPCC"), a member of the POS Group of Companies based in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. Warrants Exercised
The Company is pleased to announce that 1,208,042 previously issued share purchase warrants (the "Warrants") were exercised for gross proceeds of $308,605. Of the Warrants exercised, 1,076,142 Warrants were exercised at a price of $0.25 per share and 131,900 Warrants were exercised at a price of $0.30 per share. The Warrants were issued as part of the non-brokered private placement financings in November 2013 and April 2014.
