(OTCQB: BCCI) announced today that they have expanded the franchise advertising program to continue the record growth of the Baristas brand. The program launches with radio advertising targeted at over 30 specific markets that have been identified as core cities in the current expansion program. Baristas has recently been featured in Inc. and Forbes Magazines.
The increased targeted media is being initiated immediately to build on the tremendous awareness developed recently from the announcement of five new locations opening in the state of Pennsylvania through Baristas eight state Master Franchise agreement with B.M.O.C of which Pennsylvania is the first state to receive the new Baristas at the malls concept.
Baristas has also recently announced that it is entering into the development and distribution of single serve coffee pods into retail grocery platforms. An agreement to distribute the coffee pods into Mexico with ComNery's Brand Distribution, L.L.C. – an Affiliate of Nery's Logistics has become the exclusive distributor of the Baristas line throughout Mexico. ComNery's through its affiliation with Nery's Logistics distributes products throughout Mexico to retail outlets including Walmart, 7 Eleven, Oxxo, Sams Club, Calimax, and Comercial Mexicana, among others.
Baristas was included in the March Issue of Inc. Magazine in an article titled "Fast-Growing Franchises Lead Industry into 2015". The article attributes this growth to a combination of the high level of awareness created by the company including the success of the reality show "Baristas Grounded in Seattle" and, importantly, the low cost structure available to implement a franchise.
