Rejuvenation,
a store for home improvement projects that add real value to homes and
buildings, is excited to announce that it has won the distinction of
Best Exhibit at BDwest, a Boutique Design Trade Fair held in San Diego.
Jerry Huettmann, Director of Trade Sales for Rejuvenation, says, “This
distinction is especially affirming as BDwest was Rejuvenation’s first
hospitality trade show, and the first opportunity for a national trade
audience to get to know the new Rejuvenation.”
Rejuvenation’s traveling trade show features legacy fixtures, including
the bestselling Hood and Rose City pendants, mixed with new favorites
like its updated schoolhouse-style line, Eastmoreland, whose compressed
curves and tightened angles are a contemporary take on a much-loved
classic. Emphasis is also placed on its new collaborations with local
artisans, such as its Cedar & Moss lighting collection and Madge & Co.
furniture line.
“We are proud to win this award based on how we showed the ease of
blending traditional and contemporary pieces in a seamless way,” says
Huettmann. “We brought warmth, substance, and interactivity to the
table.”
Another well-received trade-show debut was the Butte collection, a group
of pendants with extra-large domes. “Customers are asking for big
statements when it comes to lighting solutions,” explains Huettmann.“
This led us to examine industrial factory lighting, and the cone and
dome designs were clear for this collection. The new line, designed and
assembled in our Portland, Oregon, factory, is designed to grab
attention in an entry way or in large gathering spaces.”
Rejuvenation will next attend the HD Expo, a hospitality design event,
in Mandalay Bay, Las Vegas, May 13-15, 2015, and BD | NY, a boutique
design trade fair, November 8-9, 2015.
