ChinaNet Online Holdings Subsidiary Liansuo.com Signs New Customer Haoxiangni Jujube Co., Ltd

(Nasdaq:CNET) ("ChinaNet" or the "Company"), a leading B2B (business to business) Internet technology company providing online-to-offline (O2O) sales channel expansion services for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and entrepreneurial management and networking services for entrepreneurs in the People's Republic of China, announced today that its subsidiary Liansuo.com has signed an agreement with Haoxiangni Jujube Co., Ltd to create a one-stop purchasing service platform and expand Haoxiangni Jujube's online stores.

Liansuo.com expected to sign nearly 220 new brand customers, for a total of 520 customers, or 42% increase over the 298 reported at the end of 2014. The number of larger customers served by Liansuo.com has seen steady growth because of the Company's premium advertising efforts and effective marketing web portal.
