NYSE) today announced that the Audit Committee of the Board has
selected PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as its external auditor for fiscal
2016. The selection is the outcome of a comprehensive tender process
and is subject to shareholder approval at the 2016 annual meeting.

PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP is best positioned to meet the evolving
future needs of RBC and look forward to working with them commencing
with our 2016 fiscal year," said David Denison, chair of the Audit
Committee of the Board of Directors. "The board extends our thanks to
Deloitte LLP for the quality of expertise and insight they have
provided RBC over the years."
Deloitte LLP will continue as external auditor through fiscal 2015.
