Cinemark Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: CNK), one of the world’s leading motion
picture exhibitors, announced they are opening a new Cinemark Movie
Bistro in the former UA Lake Charles Stadium 10 theatre. Cinemark’s
first-run eatery concept, located at 3416 Derek Drive, will be
completely remodeled and reopened as a state-of-the-art entertainment
complex featuring Luxury Lounger recliners, digital projection, RealD 3D
capability, and enhanced sound systems. Additionally, the new complex
will offer an expanded dining menu with high-quality food offerings that
can be enjoyed in the auditoriums such as fresh wraps, hot sandwiches,
burgers, gourmet pizzas, alongside favorites like freshly popped
popcorn, hot dogs, and popular candy brands. As for beverages, customers
will have the opportunity to select from craft beers, premium wines,
margaritas, and Coca-Cola fountain drinks.
“The new Cinemark Bistro 9 will be the first movie theatre in the area
to offer guests in-theatre dining, a full bar and Luxury Lounger
recliners,” states Tim Warner, Cinemark’s Chief Executive Officer. “The
theatre will reopen as a high-tech multiplex this fall.”
Moviegoers can download the Cinemark app to view show times and purchase
tickets on-the-go. Guests can also use CineMode and earn rewards for
being courteous in the auditorium. Cinemark fans are invited to stay
connected through Cinemark’s social media channels: Facebook, Twitter,
Instagram and YouTube. Finally, customers can sign up online to receive
free, weekly show time emailers that contain online coupons for
discounts at the concession stand and other weekly special offers.
