PROS to Showcase Data-Driven Applications for Pricing and Sales at Professional Pricing Society Spring Conference

PRO

PROS® (NYSE: PRO), a big data software company, today announced its participation and sponsorship of the Professional Pricing Society (PPS) 26th Annual Pricing Workshops and Conference. The PPS spring event, scheduled for May 5-8 in Dallas, will be held at the Hilton Anatole Hotel. The company will spotlight the breadth of its enterprise product portfolio at the event, including its recently announced PROS Cameleon CPQ (configure-price-quote) solutions for Microsoft Dynamics and Salesforce.

PROS Strategic Consultants Tonya DeWeese and Todd Pate will lead a full-day workshop on Tuesday, May 5, titled “Mass Price Increases and Contract Renewals: Eliminate the Chaos.” The workshop will enable participants to reconcile the challenges of millions of price points across multiple channels, lines of business and corporate constituents – from executives, sales managers, corporate attorneys, finance and country managers, to sales representatives and contract specialists – to drive successful updates that deliver on corporate growth targets.

Also speaking at the conference is PROS Strategic Consultant Shannon Tatz, in a presentation titled “Superhero or Evil Villain: Overcoming the Plight of the Deal Desk Manager.” Her presentation is scheduled for Friday, May 8, at 3:30 p.m. Tatz will explore strategies to decrease the volume of discount requests, with an overview on analytics that helps deal desk managers drive smarter, better decisions, making them heroes to both their sales and finance teams.

“PPS provides outstanding opportunities for us to meet with customers, partners and thought leaders who regularly attend these events,” said Patrick Schneidau, PROS Chief Marketing Officer. “The pricing community continues to get stronger with each PPS conference, as great ideas and best practices are discovered. We look forward to working with the best and brightest to showcase how PROS smart applications can help deliver on the promise of pricing and help pricers outperform in their business.”
