Shutterfly Files Preliminary Proxy Materials in Connection with 2015 Annual Meeting of Stockholders

Shutterfly Inc. (NASDAQ:SFLY), the leading manufacturer and digital retailer of high-quality personalized products and services offered through a family of lifestyle brands, announced today that it has filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) its preliminary proxy statement in connection with the Company’s 2015 Annual Meeting of Stockholders to be held on June 12, 2015.
