VANCOUVER, May 1, 2015 /CNW/ - Eldorado Gold Corporation ("Eldorado" "the Company" or "We"), in accordance with Toronto Stock Exchange requirements, announced the voting results for the election of its Board of Directors at the Company's Annual Meeting of Shareholders held on April 30, 2015 in Vancouver, British Columbia. The director nominees as listed in the Management Proxy Circular dated March 17, 2015 were elected as directors of Eldorado at the meeting as follows:
